Have you ever felt you were not living life to its full potential? Or living a life centered around making others happy? To the point that you have wasted years putting your dreams and aspirations on the back burner. Only to wake up one day and realize “What have been doing with my life”?. Which for many of us is a harsh reality because time waits for no one.
Finding your purpose in life
A few days ago, while surfing the web, I came across a quote by Mark Twain. Which intrigued me a lot because it was not only inspiring, but the message behind the quote spoke volumes of truth.
The way we spend our time and energy can sometimes play a factor in our lives. Because when we let life pass us by, we are not living but only existing.
Are you existing in Life or Living?
The truth is, It can sometimes be hard to tell if your only existing. Especially when you never take the time to stop and appreciate the little things around you. Or you get so wrapped up in your job that you never spend time with your family and friends.
To the point that you are compromising your happiness in exchange for an unfulfilling life. But even so, you still have to be honest with yourself at the end of the day. And realize that existing will not bring you happiness. But only days full of regrets and what if’s?.
Follow Your dreams and destiny
One of the greatest things about living on this earth is being able to achieve your dreams. So whether you are striving to be a model, actress, singer, or whatever you desire to be, give it you’re all.
As well as do not let doubt or fear stop you from living out your own authentic self. Because living in a state of fear will only hinder your greatness.
Remember to live your days with no regrets. Find what makes you happy and never lose sight of your purpose on this earth. Achieve your aspirations as you paint the story of your journey. But most importantly, do not let others depict how your story begins and ends.
