Not too long ago, I wrote a blog post about making greek yogurt alfredo sauce. That turned that out pretty good, considering it was my first time making it. And so since then, I have been using greek yogurt like crazy.
Quick Summer Snack
To incorporate into my smoothies and other quick snacks. So for this post, I will be sharing my latest greek yogurt recipe. That is easy to make and a perfect snack for the summer. Or if you are looking for a healthy snack for on the go.
Hemp, Chia, or Flax Seeds
- In a bowl, add in your greek yogurt, strawberries, grapes, and granola.
- Once added, top it off with the seeds and honey. And there you have it. Time to eat!
