Great Post. I love the fact that you say it’s not a diet it’s a lifestyle change. This is what I preach all the time to my girls. My Eldest daughter is a Dancer and this just reaffirms what I say to her and that others are doing it.

I have always wanted to try zumba but I have just never got around to it. I will definitely have to check it out soon, it seems like such a fun way to get some exercise. because, yes, going to the gym is a chore i don’t like to do at all….
